Our Process

Step One:

Individuals interested in applying for a position with Ewald Automotive Group must complete the online application process. Simply click on the "Apply Now" section of this site and you will be taken directly to our application. Please read the instructions carefully and enter the required information.

 

Step Two:

Once you apply, we will review your application to see if you meet the basic skills and qualifications of the position.

 

Step Three:

Prior to a face-to-face interview, a member of our Human Resources/Leadership team will contact you for a brief phone interview. If the interviewer feels there is a fit between your experiences and the requirements of the position, you will be asked in for a formal interview with the appropriate management personnel based on the position you are applying for.

 

 

All applicants must meet the following minimum hiring requirements:
1. Have an acceptable driving record with at least 24 months of experience
2. Possess a current and valid driver’s license within state of residence

 


Offers of employment are contingent upon the following:
1. Passing the pre-employment drug screen
2. Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9)
